Rather than just fixing a problem for you, our IT team will sit down with you to teach you the skills you need to master your own technology.

How It Works

•  Personalised Support: Bring in your specific technology queries, and we will work through them together.
•  Focused Learning: Each session is strictly 45 minutes, giving you dedicated time to learn at your own pace.
•  Empowerment First: This is an educational service designed to help you use your own devices. Please note it is not a professional repair or consultancy service.

•  Security: For your privacy, staff cannot assist with sensitive financial transactions (such as online banking) or provide legal/professional advice.
•  Hardware: We are unable to perform complex technical or physical repairs on devices.

This session suits beginners and adults with limited technology experience. It works well for seniors who want practical phone skills for daily life.
