Do you have questions about your smartphone, tablet, or laptop? Starting in mid-February, Georges River Libraries will offer dedicated one-on-one sessions to help you navigate the digital world with confidence.

Rather than just fixing a problem for you, our IT team will sit down with you to teach you the skills you need to master your own technology.

How It Works

•  Personalised Support: Bring in your specific technology queries, and we will work through them together.
•  Focused Learning: Each session is strictly 45 minutes, giving you dedicated time to learn at your own pace.
•  Empowerment First: This is an educational service designed to help you use your own devices. Please note it is not a professional repair or consultancy service.

Service Guidelines

To ensure a safe and productive environment for everyone, please keep the following in mind:

•  Security: For your privacy, staff cannot assist with sensitive financial transactions (such as online banking) or provide legal/professional advice.
•  Hardware: We are unable to perform complex technical or physical repairs on devices.
